Hello! I’m Harry. They called me that because I’m  a Chausson ‘Flash 04’ and apparently there was a character in some old film called ‘Flash Harry’ and they thought it was funny … well, HE did, anyway.

And my little friend there is Sally – that’s another film reference, something to do with Harry meeting Sally, I dont know … Anyway, I have to pull her around on long journeys which is a bit of a drag (!) but she’s quite a chic chick, so I don’t mind – except when it’s uphill on ice or gravel and then I just tell ’em – stick this for lark, I’m not playing. That gets them excited!

And this is THEM as they appear in this month’s ‘Living France’ magazine. Well, it’s just a bit of advertising for an estate agent, really. Mind you, we wiped the smirk off HIS face a bit back when he bashed me up again – on our own gate post! Nearly pulled my right-side rear light cluster off, he did. That’ll be another few hundred euros to spend in France, then!

We’re in France now, in fact. (October 2011) and I’ll be sending some postcards soon. Sun might shine before long, you never know!
